DJ Fennygan’s journey into music began at the tender age of just 14 playing soul music, he used to go to house party’s with a bag full of records playing music At 16 he joined Sir Graphics sound system, playing Reggae music and dub plates, travelling up and down the country playing Reggae music and dub plates. In 1989, Sir Graphics sound system broke up, and from this ‘Luv Unlimited’ sound system was born. The style of music then changed to RnB Slow Jams and 80’s Groove. Luv Unlimited took up residency in The Wall Nightclub in Southampton and achieved great success, also hosting club nights in Bournemouth and surrounding areas.
He has also become a prominent part of the community in Southampton managing events and promoting many shows including the legendary Janet Kay, Trevor Sax, Robbo Ranks, Craig David and Deadly Hunter to name but a few.
Over the years he has become an accomplished presenter/broadcaster and has returned to playing more Soul, Rare Groove, and Jazz Funk fused with Reggae on his ‘Mix & Blend’ show on GDR most Sunday nights.
